Order process & payment

  1. Send your files or idea. Use the quote form; attach models, drawings or photos and tell us what the part has to do.
  2. Get a quote. We reply by email with the recommended material, price and lead time.
  3. Confirm & pay. Once you approve the quote, we send a secure Paysera payment link: pay by online banking or card.
  4. We design & print. After payment we model and/or print, check the part and ship it or arrange pickup.

Questions

I don't have a 3D model. Can you still help?

Yes, that's what our CAD design and 3D modeling services are for. A sketch with dimensions, a photo of the broken part or a short description is enough to start.

Which material should I choose?

Tell us where the part will be used: load, temperature, outdoors or indoors, flexible or rigid. We'll recommend a material and explain why. For strong, stiff parts, carbon-fibre nylon is often the best start.

How accurate are the printed parts?

Accuracy depends on size, material and geometry. For parts that must fit together, send the mating dimensions or the other part's model and we'll design and print to match.

My files are larger than the upload limit.

Paste a link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) into the message field instead. STEP files are usually much smaller than STL.

Do you do series production?

Yes, small series are a good fit. Tell us the quantity in the form and we'll quote per piece.
